Messages you can expect. You will receive informational and transactional messages about your inquiries, home valuation requests, appointment and showing reminders, and real estate transaction updates. We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this program.
How you opt in. Our website chat widget shows a consent checkbox. It is not pre-selected, and you can use the chat without checking it. The wording shown beside the box is:
Opt-out and support. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (904) 815-0948. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at darlene@pontevedraluxuryhomes.com.
Message frequency and rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages that vary in frequency, typically 2 to 6 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to opt in. Text messaging consent is never a condition of any purchase or service.
